Great panasonic camera case! I'll split this review into the following subreviews - Value, Aesthetics/Looks, Texture, Security/Protection, usability.
Value - At under £10, this is a very good value for money case, even if for whatever reason you didn't like it, it's still under £10 and so won't break the bank.
Aesthetics/Looks - It's very smart and stylish, and is about as small as they could have made it based on the size of your camera. It has a nice lumix logo on the front, and a panasonic one on the back label, for those of you who like to know you have official products like me, or basically because it looks professional. It's made of smooth leather that makes it easy to grip, and admittedly feels quite nice to the touch, while the inside is made of a soft felt sort of material, which prevents scratches to the camera.
Security/Protection - I would not worry dropping my camera from a low height while in the case, as the leather does a good job of absorbing some of the impact. However, it's hardly what I'd call heavy duty and I might worry about the components of the camera if it was dropped from about head height (not sure why it would be dropped from up so high if you look after it though!) although it would probably be fine nonetheless, as the leather is quite hard, whilst not being too thick. I just dropped it from waist height, and it bounced off the carpet!
Usability - the camera fits snugly in the case whilst not being too much of a tight squeeze that it's a struggle to get out. The magnetic button makes the case very easy to open if you want it opened, but makes it unlikely to open accidentally. The case also has a belt strap on the back if you want to attach it to your belt. If you are going somewhere where it may be rainy, or you want your camera completely protected, I wouldn't recommend this case however as on each side of the case the material is cut away and therefore the camera is not completely enclosed. The benefit of this is that you can hold the camera by its strap rather than holding the case.
All in all this is a perfect everyday case for trips out and about and for social occasions. Those of you who need it for an adventure holiday or a similar type of event may be better suited to a case with better protection however.
The digital camera I own is a Panasonic Lumix DMC FS10.
