This is a good case offering good protection for your camera, but it is not an ever-ready case as you have to fiddle about removing the front cover before shooting (although you could, at a push, take a shot without fully removing the front cover it would be less than satisfactory).
Secondly the case has to be completely removed to access the side cover to download photos/video or remove the sd card or battery for charging.
However it affords good protection for your purchase which is the most important feature and though it is grossly overpriced it is well made and genuinely useful.

Product is really nice. Yes, some have argued about the price of this particular case but as usual if you want the best it often means paying a premium. Also the bottom of the case that attaches via the tripod screw really increases the grip of the camera. I am really happy with this product.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Having read other reviews before I bought this case I was aware of any 'drawbacks' concerning removal of the case before access could be gained to the battery or memory card, for me this isn't a problem, I have a Leica camera & case with the same issues. The case is very well constructed from quality leather & fits the camera perfectly as you would expect. The price is extortionate but I am delighted with the item & pleased I bought the genuine case instead of one of the many ill fitting copies.
