Product Description

The new CHES series has the most advanced HDMI cables. They comply with new features incorporated in the last HDMI specification version, such as HDMI Ethernet Channel (HEC), Audio Return Channel (ARC), Full HD 3D and 4K x 2K resolution.

Ready for Ethernet.

By a single connection, it can provide internet connection sharing with another HEC enabled device such as Digital Video Recorders or future gaming console. (HDMI cable with ethernet is downwards compatible with current HDMI enabled products.)

Advance noise shielding.

For those cutting edge formats such as Full HD 3D and 4Kx 2K, even small noise emission from a cable can harm their picture / sound quality by affecting their highly integrated circuit. Adding to the existing triple layers shielded cable line, the CHES has been implemented with a zinc die cast plug case, which seamlessly covers cable ends and block noise leakage.

All Panasonic HDMI cables that are currently being sold, comply to the High speed requirements to make a data transmission of 10.2 Gbps possible. With these requirements it is possible to play high quality, Full HD 1080 P pictures.

The right one 29 Jan 2012
By Tikka
Although I won't be suckered into buying a seventy quid (or more) cable, I wouldn't buy a cheap unbranded one either.

Having spent seven hundred quid on a Panny telly and recorder, fifteen quid for their own brand HDMI cable seems reasonable (although it might've been nice if it had been bundled with the recorder).

Very plain, but looks good quality. Once hooked up it the signal seems perfect, with no difference between using telly and recorder tuners and (unlike for some other cables) no interference to/from the adjacent aerial RF cables.

The right one.

Trying to connect my Panasonic TX-L24E3B LCD to my Panasonic DMR-EX99VEBK DVD/VCR/HDD I found that every HDMI cable I used caused serious interference on freeview (bad enough to totally trash weaker channels) until I tried this. No interference. At last. Full marks.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. 20 Jan 2012
Appears to be good value. The price is approximately half the normal shop price for this product. It is well packed and looks to be a genuine Panasonic Product. The signal quality is very good and the picture on HD is excellent.
