OK, this book is written in Spanish and even if you do not read the language, but know someone who does, then buy it! Sr Barriga is a highly respected baker in his own country and this is reflected in his book. He is known as the 'Farran Adria of Bread'.
There are recipes from various parts of the world, as well as Spain. There is a selection of breads that can be made by children. Also included are rustic breads, sweet breads and gluten-free breads. One of the most interesting recipes is called 'Pan Dalí', a sort of triangular bread with 3 knobs on it. If any book warrants a translation into English, then this is it.
