I would have given it four stars, had it not contained a nasty bug... It is within the Zap!2016 which requires the user to either reset their Palm periodically, or to install a patch taking up 150K of precious memory. More information on this bug is available from the astraware website (under support).

If you can put up with that, or another release is made (I have version 1.45 of Zap!2016 on my PalmPak), then there are some quite interesting games on the card:

9-Ball - A fairly basic pinball machine; Bubblet - A simple yet quiet addictive stategy game; Chroma (Backgammon, Checkers, Chess) - Very nice versions of each of these classic games; Klondike (Solitaire) - If you like this game on Windows, then its a must have; Blackjack (Pontoon/21s) - Good fun, but with strange user prompt messages; Simcity - Very similar to the original PC version, but without the animation. It doesn't quite have the same appeal on such a small screen, but good fun anyway; Vegas Slots - A well-animated slot machine; Zap!2016 - The best one on the card (if it weren't for the error), a full 16-bit colour shoot-em-up;

Good in parts 30 Sep 2001

Bought it for Sim which I find addictive on the PC but it is so clumsy to use that I don't use it. Pinball is fun for 2 mins but is quickly boring. Best bit is the patience (Klondike)which I find is a great way of filling time on the Tube etc. Overall, expensive for what are basically cheap, old games.
