Speedy delivery. Item larger than expected about the size of a large breadmaker.Ice cubes take 10 mins so its practical and quick if you just want a small amount. Very pleased with this and have used it every day since i recieved it .Would recommend.

This machine seems very efficient. Fits neatly on a work surface. I previously had a Blizzard machine which was far bulkier and when it came to servicing there was no local back-up. For anyone who wants ice 'on tap' and does not want to purchase a massive fridge/freezer unit the Palm Springs is ideal.

well i had had the ice machine for about 3 weeks and it worked fine then it stopped working. But give the company their due,,as soon as I contacted them and explained what was happening they arranged for a courier to pick up the ice machine and take it back to the company to sort it out or replace it.
