Having been address'real food' for the last 2 and a half years, I had unfortunately slipped back into bad habits and gained unwanted weight.
Deciding to address this I purchased 'It Starts We With Food' by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig and embarked on their Whole30 plan. I decided to buy some cookbooks to support this plan and obtained 'Well Fed' by Melissa Joulwan and this book Paleo Cookbook for Dummies.
For anyone who likes glossy pictures showing the listed dishes, this is not the book for them, apart from a few pages of colour illustrations. However if you want a very good introduction to Paleo eating and it's benefits plus a fabulous range of dishes to fit this lifestyle then this book fits perfectly.
If you're in the UK then be warned this book is aimed at the American market and the recipes therefore contain some ingredients that may be hard to source. That apart this is a comprehensive collection of recipes which fit well into the Paleo lifestyle and philosophy if 'Just Eat Real Food'.
