This is a great quality mug, and really made my hubby laugh - he works in market research and makes spreadsheets for a living. Have owned it a few months now and going through the dishwasher daily has not faded or damaged it.

I bought this product as a gift - the received loved it. I then bought another one to give as a gift to someone else, but it was chipped when it arrived. I sent an email to Gadgetshop, and they sent out a replacement one the next day with extra packaging. The impressive thing was that there were no questions asked and the process to get a replacement was so easy and efficient.

Bought this s a leaving gift from our work team for our boss who is moving onto to a different area. The comment on the mug is an in joke within our team so this was an ideal present to give.
