This book is quality for all A Level students or any other students studying spanish of the same standard. It not only helps with widening vocabulary but also with the structure of essays and appropriate beginnings and endings. Its a must!

I am a final year university student and i use this book regularly when preparing oral presentations and compositions, as well as to find phrases to impress the examiners. It's very useful when you have an idea but you don't know exactly how to express it - the sections are clearly organised into themes. Buy it if you're fed up of using the same old sentence constructions and want to make your written and spoken spanish more sophisticated.

Having used Palabra por Palabra and Mot a Mot at A-Level I made sure I got a copy for myself to take to uniersity - I now own the German version Wort fur Wort too! The vocab is linked by theme, ideal for essay writing, conversation or interpreting preparation. I find the chapter with all those essential essay expressions is used in all my written assignments!

The book is well structured and therefor it is easy to find your way through. I like the vocabulary list at the beginning to help you srite an essay, discuss, etc...

A useful little book that separates vocabulary by topic, which makes learning vocabulary far more interesting and manageable than when it's listed alphabetically.
