Since this was a free book I feel I shouldn't be critical but it may help the author in future. Alice Pettersson's recipes are actually very good; those that I have tried so far, but I find the layout very frustrating. The text is huge and the lines so spaced that it is impossible to read the ingredients, see the picture and follow the instructions without considerable jumping about. This is probably due to it being a Kindle book, Kindles not really being ideal for cookery books, having such small pages. However, if this book was formatted for the printed page I think I would pay for it.
