I bought these socks for my 28 year husband. I thought they were plain cotton. When they arrived they were thin and ribbed just like the one my 87 year old grandfather wears! They don't wash very well either.

I hunted for cotton socks for ages to to having a small itch on my feet, nothing dangerous and my doctor suggested cotton socks.
I bought these and very happy with them, `though` once you have washed them they come out kind of slack, but they are still wearable.

Excellent value for money. Thought at first they were a little thin and would tear easy, but found this not to be the case.

Short socks
Socks are too short and barely cling to the calf. Always the problem buying clothing on-line,the fit is never guaranteed but you don't generally try socks on before you buy them! Read more
