Fun:
This pack has great arm and leg weights which you can strap on in order to give yourself an extra burn when stepping or using the boxing workouts in the wii fit plus. I used them in the wii sport boxing game and was completely exhausted afterwards. It was brilliant!! The weights are padded and strap on easily and are just right in terms of heaviness for the average person.
I was impressed by the quality of the weights used and the fingerless gloves were useful when using dumbells. The great thing about them is that the palms are padded and have nobbly bits for extra grip. It seems to me that this pack was designed by someone who worksout regularly because everything was useful.

Fun:
I bought this item to use with my Wii and balance board with stand. The poych for the remote and nunchuck were handy and the weights really make the exercises more difficult without being too heavy to restrict movement. The yoga mat was also good as my origonal exercise mat is more spongey and therefore not really siutable for some non balance board exercises. The only down side was the pedomoter. It has several functions but no way to tell which mode was which and mine would not turn off unless i took off the back and removed the battery.
