This book is truly inspirational for crafty people. Her thought and ideas are well presented and the illustrations are fantastic. She tells all about how to create fabulous books telling you what she uses and where to buy the products. All created very cheaply using every day products.

Superb Creative Embroidery Book,

This review is from: Page After Page: Making Individual Books and Journals (Paperback)
This is a really inspirational book for contemporary embroiderers and textile designers.
As with her workshops, Frances has produced page after page of ideas and a wealth of design, all in full colour. The book is presented as if it was a hand produced book - all the instructions are hand written and laid out as part of the design. Coupled with beautiful hand drawn pictures of birds, landscapes etc. and innumerable little touches to add to the journal it is a treasure trove. I shall use this book over and over again - and treasure it. I hope this is the first of many books from this talented textile artist and tutor. Thank you Frances!
