This is just the best book ever! The CD allows you to download the templates (i put them in photoshop) put on your own designs and then print out. Even my 13 daughter can do it (and has produced some rather nice personalised boxes for birthdays). Some templates are more complex than others to construct, but if you start with a basic design and work up you soon get the hang of it. Lots of interesting and unusual designs - a must buy!

I am very pleased with this book. It has been useful for ideas and inspiration for my students. Easy to follow with templates that can be adapted for individual designs.

As a design student, this book provided me with a lot of inspiration and an understanding of how such interesting and practical packages can be made with just a piece of card. The range spans classic designs such as the TetraPak 'Sun Lolly' carton to multi-folded origami-like creations!
There is a decent section on mailers and cards, so this book would also be of use to people who are into papercraft.
The files on the CD are in PostScript (EPS) format but there is no listing that cross-references the files on the disc to the designs in the book, so I assume that it was an after-thought. You can locate the necessary files by the Folder 1-7 (which are the chapters in the book) and the file which is x_yyy (x = chapter yyy = page number)

can't access CD
A lovely book great for inspiration. But how do you get info off CD? No instructions in book nor on disc. It will not run and I can not find an opperating system for it. Read more

Very good.
It was everything I expected to be. Lots of templates, ready to use, from the most simple ones to the craziest.

Rubbish
Every single so called template I have printed out and tested is wrong. I have had to amend them to make them work...don't waste your money
