After reading other reviews, had concerns, but wasnt expensive so thought I would give it a go. Really pleased I did, is perfect for reaching all upstairs windows and conservatory roof.

I originally posted quite a good review for this thing, but the more I've used it the more I hated it. It's wobbly, the cleaning attachment doesn't attach properly because the screw-on threads are badly made, the gizmo to control the angle of the cleaning attachment pops out of place with the least amount of pressure, it's basically completely rubbish. Have decided to throw it in the bin and change my review to warn others not to bother with it, you'll only be sorry. Seriously, spend a little more and get something far better made. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Good reach but another section would have been appreciated for extra reach. Main problem - the head which pushes onto the pole - swivels around making it awkward to use.
What about replacement soft heads? Will probably have to cut up some old towels.
