After reading other reviews, had concerns, but wasnt expensive so thought I would give it a go. Really pleased I did, is perfect for reaching all upstairs windows and conservatory roof.

I originally posted quite a good review for this thing, but the more I've used it the more I hated it. It's wobbly, the cleaning attachment doesn't attach properly because the screw-on threads are badly made, the gizmo to control the angle of the cleaning attachment pops out of place with the least amount of pressure, it's basically completely rubbish. Have decided to throw it in the bin and change my review to warn others not to bother with it, you'll only be sorry. Seriously, spend a little more and get something far better made. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Good reach but another section would have been appreciated for extra reach. Main problem - the head which pushes onto the pole - swivels around making it awkward to use.
What about replacement soft heads? Will probably have to cut up some old towels.

Cheap plastic
An absolute waste of money.
Used once and the locking head mechanism snapped off. the friction fitted head spins on the metal shaft. Professional??? I dont think so!!

window cleaner
Product arrived in good time, does not function as well as hoped, is not really robust enough when fully extended for cleaning conservatory roof.

Window wizared
Very disappointed in this product, the wiper blade does not clear the windows properly. It is not stable when using it to reach top windows and wobbles constantly.

not to bad when used straight on ground floor windows but difficult to use on upstairs windows and especially hard if you have to use it at an angle.
