This book provides an accessible, practical view of managing a Prince 2 project - that is actually readable, as opposed to the official manual which is exactly that - a reference manual and not an easy read.
The `what, why, who, how' approach to the process chapters guides you through the relevant detail in a logical manner and the `In Practice' and `For Small Projects' sections adds the practical detail you need when considering projects in the real world - particularly some basic practical tips for tailoring to the smaller project environment.
Throughout the Themes chapters, the `Do's and Don't s' and `If it's a large /small Project' sections again inject the more practical advice that you wont find in the official manual.

Great book for project management. Good methodologies and principles adopted and it has of late helped me manage some of my projects a great deal. If you want a book on PRINCE2, this book is a definitely good one to go for. Got the book brand new for very good price compared to the majority bookshops!
