I have a pointer cross and have struggled for years with lead walking. I have tried and tested all the leading brands with very little success. He hated the halti that went over his nose where as this harness was amazing. He instantly stopped pulling and if he did walk in front with just a gentle pull back corrected the behaviour. My dog has never walked to heal until i bought this lead. I have even been able to buy another dog to keep him company as i am now safe to walk them together.

Bought for recently acquired extremely energetic and quite chunky 10 year old yorkie who loves to pull especially when sees other dogs. Absolutely amazing from first time used it, couldn't believe how effective it was but after about 5 days I discovered sores on the soft skin under his 'armpits'and so had to go back to his 'non-pull' harness which is ok but not as good. Maybe I hadn't fitted it correctly or may have been slightly too small (small size) and should have bought small/medium. Worth a try but do recommend check for chafing.

Having tried many diferent dog harnesses for my Springer Spaniels, this one is the best so far. As it leads the dog from the chest my dog is less inclined to pull on walks and when she does it steers her back towards me. Adjusting it to fit was a little time consuming and needs re-adjusting on a regular basis. It is easy to put on and off once adjusted and appears comfortable. It has made walking a much more pleasurable experience for all of us although it did take a while to get the right technique.
