I'm an asthmatic and bought this to help my breathing. If you use this regularly it will work for you. I used to get a bit out of breath after 20+ lengths of the pool but can easily do 40 now. Only problem is I get bored, need to invest in a waterproof MP3 player!!

this is a great easy to use device to improve your lung function. has helpd me with running and cycling, buut needs to be used twice a day for any benefit, would recommend it for anyone with breathing difficulties duriing exercise

It seems to be helping a little but I have not had it very long and I am hoping for better and better. I have used it religiously since I bought it and I am up a few notches from my starting position which must mean a good start to my breathing improving, a word of warning though....I use an inhaler for astma and I would say that whilst building up the breathing, my breathing , immediately after using the product has worsened, presumably as the muscles have to be worked to get stronger and improve. All in all a positive feeling and I hope it will permanently help my lungs.

Exactly as described!
