The power breathes far so good ive had it now one month
I'm usually a very unwell person with my chest and for one
Whole month I've been well no need for steroids or asthma
Stuff! No chest infections colds ect, how I do it is every two
Weeks I up my level it's really hard for the first 5 days ( makes
Me feel almost sick when doing it) then after the 5 days it gets
Easier then easier then 2 weeks go by and you up your level!
I would highly recommend

If you suffer from Asthma, then this is the best thing since sliced bread. It builds up your muscles and makes better use of your lungs and amazingly it seems to keep you feeling fitter. I recommend this. Its great!

I bought this product for my husband, who has COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)---only 25% of his lungs work, so he finds walking, especially in cold weather, very hard. I am hoping he will exercise his lungs with this product, to strengthen the musles and so make breathing easier. He has tried it 2 or 3times.(We have only had it about a week).found it a bit hard, but says he will persevere.I think the principle is brilliant, but it is too soon to report any results yet

I bought this for my asthma. It works by providing gentle resistance as you breathe in. you need to take 30 breaths morning and night and you will see results in 4 weeks. I saw results almost immediately, as when I used it, my lung capacity felt much better and I was able to take deeper breaths in. I am going to use this every day and hope my peak flow will improve with use.
The device comes with its own pouch, cleaning tablets and an instructional DVD. It is very easy to use and keep clean.
I'm hoping that I won't need to use my releiver inhaler so much and that my lungs will get stronger.
