I bought this product because I have a steam generator Iron which produces black stuff from the steam holes and marks the clothing.
I have tried other descaling products, which only make things worse.
I use a phial everytime I iron now and this has reduced the amount of black gunge that initially comes through with the first few blasts of steam.
So it sems to be working but has not completely solved the problem.

Great product does what it states and makes ironing with the polti steam iron and even greater experience would thoroughly recommend
