Can be better

I am not very happy with the book. I bought the book even though I could play almost all the songs from the book, but I wanted to explore the guitar style of A. Summers even more.
The quality of the recorded CD tracks is poor. Police Tabs and 5 backing tracks can be found in a recent issue of Total Guitar Magazine and they are much, much better if compared with the Wolf Marshal book..
There are lot of mistakes, wrong chords and there is not enough on guitar effects what is essential in A. Summers stlye.
Also, I think that the choice of the songs could be better. I do not understand why "The world is running ..." is there. The song has 3 chords, which repeat through all the songs, and each of the chord is played with one downstroke at the first stroke of the bar ?????
All in all, the book is ok, but it can be much better.

Could Stand Improvement

On the one hand, this book offers some useful commentary on Summers' gear and style. It also covers just about all the classic Police hits. On the other hand, the accompanying CD only includes full-speed tracks, unlike other books in the Signature Licks series that include slowed-down recordings to help you learn the faster/harder passages.
