I know this card is old by todays standards as technology goes, but it is still a great card, two GPUs combined to make a powerful card that can still compete with the likes of the 275 and the 280. I have two of these runing in quad SLI and they work brilliantly. I can play Crysis no problem on high even on its own but in quad SLI you get that extra boost in performance. Be aware that this is a large card though and you can't just fit it in any case, I currently have mine in an Antec 902 not sure if they fit in an Antec 900, The only reasons that I give this card four stars out of five are the following:
- It needs quite a lot of power, so you need a decent power supply with the native connections for this card, everyone seems to say 580W is the minimum for this card
- They can run hot so make sure your case has decent air flow, (but im guessing if you are looking into a card as good as this you probably have that allready)
- Quad SLI although it works, still does lack the perfect driver support
Aside from these reasons I can't think why you wouldn't even today still buy this card it does everything you need it to do and it looks cool as well. As I said I bought two of these for my new rig not that long ago and I havent looked back it can play all of todays modern games.
