The simplest, least confusing guide to explaining PMI I have read (& I've read lots)
Its not going to get you through the exams - but it lets you know very quickly what the PMI theory of project management is and how their methodology is structured. It does not tell you how to do projects - you need a different book if that's what you are interested in.

I've just started using this booklet and I'm finding it a good summary/guide and companion for PMBOK 4th Edition. I recommend it to those studying for the PMP Credential.
The reviews mentioned that this book would compliment the PMBOK Guide; I haven't appreciated that fact yet! It is only 3 months into my course and to be honest, the course material and PMBOK guide have provided all I need. This book is small, easy to take around with me, but it takes too long to find what I am looking for and it isn't as detailed as the other references. It is OK, but not essential
