I bought these for my children and for the price, the sound quality and function is fine. My children have their own over-the-ear headphones so we did not bother with the supplied ones. You can drag and drop MP3s or Album folders of MP3s directly to the player, it's very easy.
The buttons are confusing but they are made to look like other MP3 players, but function differently - hence the confusion. The Menu button serves as the enter button and the left and right buttons serve as up and down buttons. The bottom button ONLY plays or pauses.
If you find yourself in a Menu loop and can't get out of it, just switch the player on and off. Simple.
One of the MP3 players had a non-functioning button so I got in touch with Atlantic and they asked me to send it back. On the day of arrival I received an email saying the new one was in the post, all took less than a week so no complaints with service.
The only thing I'm unhappy about is the postage charge - there are no multiple item discounts and as these items weigh next to nothing, £4 EACH is very steep!
