I was blown away by the sight and sounds of the film 'Pina' - I thought they dovetailed together beautifully.
I may have purchased the audio CD, but after viewing the track listings, I knew I would be really disappointed. I know that we all have different opinions about what is good or even essential to a compilation, but I don't really understand how three of my favourite pieces can be missing:
'West End Blues' Louis Armstrong (used in the 'Season's March' three times)
'O Leaozinho' Caetano Veloso (when the solo male is moving his hands over his body)
'Luna De Margarita' Simon Diaz ('Reconciliation')(arguably the most powerful, dramatic, and emotional set-piece in Pina)
Thankfully, I was able to download them on iTunes.
