Having had a problem grinding my teeth for many years I gave this product a try and found that it does an excellent job stopping my teeth grinding together at night allowing for a better nights sleep both for myself (and my partner!) It does feel a bit awkward in your mouth at first and causes you to salivate quite alot but this soon wears off as you get used to wearing it and you can trim the guard with scissors to fit if you need to.
For the price this is a very inexpensive way to solve the problem of tooth grinding and I would fully recommend it to anyone who has this problem.

Since using this product the destruction of my teeth due to night time grinding has stopped completely, along with the clicking of my jaw for several hours when I wake up every morning! The Physiogard is comfortable (once trimmed to fit your mouth) & never caused me to lose any sleep time - previously I used a SleepRight dental guard which is about 3 times the price, but I notice very little difference between the 2 products. For me, it also turned out that the Physiogard is more comfortable when I wear it upside down in my mouth, which I don't think really matters given the universal/simple design of the product. Given the price I am very satisfied & would suggest that any first time users of night dental guards give this product a try.....if it doesn't work for you, then at least you haven't invested a fortune & there are plenty of other more expensive options to available, including a trip to the dentist for a custom mould!

I grind my teeth in my sleep, sometimes to the point I wake up with shooting pains in my jaw or have a severe headache.

I'd been advised to get a gumshield fitted by my dentist but I didn't really want to have to have impressions taken and have to pay an extortionate amount of money.

I'm really glad I bought this as it has made a significant difference. It did take a bit of getting used to as I found it rubbed my gums at first (I think I was subconsciously sucking it against my teeth and thus rubbing it against my gums to compensate for the excess saliva).

After a week or so I got used to it and I've definitely noticed an improvement.

For this price, this is a fantastic item.

Have to say this mouthguard is really uncomfortable. Even if you trim it, it's very hard to sleep with. The plastic is very hard hard - 'no special fitting required' - this is really a negative I feel, rather than a selling point. Will try one of the 'boil & bite' ones

I bought one of these guards last week and it arrived within 2 days. I was so impressed with how quickly it eased my symptoms I ordered another two to keep as spares and they also arrived within two days.

They are comfortable to wear once you have got over the initial strange feeling and the salivating also stops.

I would thoroughly receommend these to anyone who grinds their teeth.

brilliant service, fast delivery 100% what i ordered. a must buy
just got the night guard in the post, have it in my mouth...its quite chunky, and i find it fits better on the bottom set of teeth but its not uncomfortable like i was dreading, and unless you pay a bomb it wont fit perfect but it will sure help my partner sleep and i wont wake up with a sore head anymore...now to eliminate my snoring haha
i reccomend swilling with mouth wash after so its fresh for next use!

My wife has used this product for the last three years. Each one has lasted a little over a year before she has wanted to renew it, but it has worked well for her bruxism and she has never complained about any discomfort. The benefit with this design is that her jaw can move about, so she does not experience the ache she got when she used a "fitted" product. It has been very successful for her.

I have been having big problems with clenching my teeth when asleep. I received the item, and read the instructions.
I wasn't very impressed initially when I first handled the guard. It was made from very hard, very thin plastic, one size fits all and no way of adjusting it. I tried it anyway and was even more disappointed. It was very uncomfortable and dug into certain parts of my mouth and gums and actually had potential to make my problem worse as it did in fact decrease the gap between my upper and lower teeth. Because it was hard, fairly rigid plastic with no cushioning effect at all, it just added to my problems. I contacted the seller, got an RMA number and sent it back and to their credit, gave me a prompt and full refund.
In the other extreme, I saw my dentist who said that he could make me a mould for £223 something, but that it probably wouldn't help with clenching as they were intended really to help stop grinding.
