This pole is dangerous!! If you spin anti-clockwise on it it loosens and falls down, it is not sturdy, stable or safe. I'm returning mine..

This pole is very dangerous, the base if screwed to the ceiling properly is not sturdy enough to do anything! i was on my pole doing a fireman spin, and even a simple spin such as this made me the pole and the base go flying! Luckily i was not in my pole shoes and was not doing any major spins!! The description states that you can do inverts and spins, i would recommend not doing this as when the pole is screwed tightly to the ceiling the base black screw part is flimsy and very very dangerous!!!!!!!

I was worried at first after reading the other reviews but I thought I would give it a go. I found that it works just as it should at half the price of an x-pole it's a bargain. As long as it's put up right (by following the instructions exactly) it was great and I can put all my lessons to good use.
