I have just read PCs for Peewees and it is nothing less than a very cool concept! As a parent with a small child (aged 4) in the computer age, I have found that he is already at ease with a laptop or desktop! In my day (I never thought Id say those words!) computers were hardly the first thing my parents would have let me use, if they even knew how to use one, which I doubt at the time they would.
This book is compact but contains some valuable information to help any parent cope with the new fascination for technology that young kids have and to engage with them using it.
There are plenty of ideas and resources as well as simple, easy to read chapters.
I really liked this book. There is a companion website ([]) which has the latest information to support the ever changing jungle of technology that is out there.
