I know about Paleo and I love running. No wonder this practical guide is a good fit for me.
The author really breaks it down to the key things.
No overload of information ... just the things you need to know to get started.
At the end he gives 50 (!!!) recipes so you never have to wonder what the cook.

I've been doing a bit of Crossfit lately and there is a lot of talk about paleo dieting. This book really helped me understand and prepare for my paleo experiment. Just what I needed to get started and the recipes are delicious!
