Very up to date. Large number of words. Great for language study or travel. Includes alternate meanings. Excellent choice of typeset. Very easy to read & use compared to other pocket dictionaries. And, a real bargain !

first of all i have to agree and say this is an excellent dictionary for travelling use.

Though i will have to say this; This dictionary is written in the native character sets for both countries. If you can not read Russian you will struggle to use this, though there is a Russian alphabet on the last page to help with crude understandings.
My point is basically that this book is not a phrase/word book for beginners trying to speak the language.
