Swivel-Head by Susan Gates is about a boy, Simon, whose Mom got a windmill. The windmill was previously owned by Noah. The story is about teenager Noah trying to scare Simon because he really likes windmills and doesn't want to see the windmill destroyed.
The story is good but not funny. I liked that the windmill kids had six fingers. I didn't like the scary bits. For example, when Noah pretended to be a ghost made me feel concerned for Simon.
Swivel-Head would be a good book for five-year olds. Younger kids might have bad dreams. IF you get into the problem, it doesn't take long to read the book - about a day. (7-year old review)
