I used to use wiktionary online at all times, but it does not cover english phrasal verbs. This dictionary satisfy that gap. Not only provides lots of phrasal verbs, it also provides explanation of all particles (which follow the verbs), and in the middle of the book there are 20 pages of excercise section.
