Huge coverage 13 April 2012

This is a super-concise introduction to psycholing, with many details and experiments over almost every subjet imagineable. Especially I liked the abundant discussion of computational models and neurological studies with a very open-minded approach. It provides a window into the field of psyling as it looks today.
Two problems with this book is the existence of merely one short chapter about syntactic processing. The area of syntactic processing is way to omportant to be neglected that way. Many influential theories weren't even mentioned. Additionally, in the part on language development, linguistic theories were rarely mentioned, and it is peculiar since linguistic theory, and especially phonology and syntax, has a lot to say about language acquisition.
