I read of these on an acne website and what impressed me on arrival is that all the ingredients/vitamins that are recommended by the experts are in these tablets which i have not found in others, i have bought seperate pots of them ,all which are apparently not as efective as it is difficult to get the correct combinations. Also what has impressed me is the actual tablets, others i have seen or tried are like massive sharp edged dry tablets which are very difficult to face taking and get stuck in your throat. These are a fantastic small capsule with a shiny coating that go down a dream (x2 capsules daily). Just a note to add on this subject, something you can do alongside taking these tablets (after many years of having acne and lots of research on acne) what you can also do is cut out any type of milk or milk based products. This is not because of a dairy intolerence or lactose intolerence, it is because many sufferers have hormone based acne and milk contains the hormones of cows, which is not a problem in general, but that can exacerbate acne problems, in particular cystic acne (this info is readily available on the internet with independent scientific test results). Please note i am not critical milk in general, and for me i do miss it as i really enjoy it, i am not veggie or vegan, but i must say it does make a very noticable difference to acne sufferers by cutting it out completely.
