I found Part 1 of this book simple and effective. Anxiety can be overwhelming and feels like a whirlpool but here the causes are broken down to make it easier to see what happens when anxiety strikes. I have learnt how to recognize that introspection happens when I get anxious, and it becomes a continual cycle. Looking forward to part 2 and 3.

What a great book, if you suffer as i do with shyness and blushing this is a book to start you on your road to better confidence. Im not sure any one should see it as a cure but its practical helpful and easy to understand. There are exercises to complete with space to write your thoughts. i found it a great starting point. I like the idea of being able to look back in the book at my answers every now and then for that extra help when needed.
