About the Author
Vicki Ford is a Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist, working in private practise and for BUPA in North Wales. She has also trained and supervised other psychosexual counsellors within the National Health Service and Relate. She is accredited by both the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and the British Association for Sexual and Relationship Therapy (BASRT) and is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

At last a book that actually deals with the problem! this book has helped me in ways that others have failed. It gives practical advice in a friendly, non patronising way, and is easy to read. I have also recommended this book to others who may find the subject a little delicate to deal with. A great find!

This is well written - with good case studies and theory mixed in. Good exercises that you could try on your own if you were not yet in therapy.

This is a small book but the author wanted do deal with all kinds of "sexual problems" in it at the same time. The attempt has failed. Read more

Generally good!
A good general book that addresses the various problems that affect people's sex lives. Part one of the book discusses wide-ranging topics including contraception, STD's and more. Read more
