Having been abused as a child, after I became a parent I realised I had issues that had to be addressed in order to move on. I have read this book and had the pleasure of meeting with Liz and can vouch that this book understands the issues surrounding this huge subject and can be amazing help in order to understand yourself, giving you the tools to start on the journey to setting yourself free, to take back the power that was taken from you and to feel whole once more.
