A Life-changing read 25 April 2005
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I suddenly found myself searching the outer echelons of Amazon to find a method for dealing with what was a bad Jealousy problem.
I found this gem by Dr Windy Dryden and have to say that if you're prepared to put in the time and effort that this is a life changing course of self therapy. It is excellently written, in simple concise terms. And most of all it works.
Don't be put off by the frank and sometimes difficult read to begin with as it develops in to a positive and practical guide to how to overcome your issues. I'd recommend this to anyone.
You find yourself adopting the strategies he discusses, and they get in to your subconscious and help you all the way through every day. It really is the key to a better, more peaceful and happier life. It was the best £6.99 I've ever spent in my life.
If you've got as far as searching for books on the subject you're already on the way to helping yourself, this book is just the next step.

Overcoming jealousy 26 Sep 2011
Format:Paperback
This book could have been wrote for me. Wish I had discovered it years ago. It makes you realise this is a problem that you create yourself only you don't realise it. I have cried buckets of tears; jealousy is a very lonely place, as knowbody wants to admit this weakness. I feel as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders as somebody understands MY problem and I am not alone.

A Helpful Read 12 April 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
This book was quite helpful to me. Although it is written from a male point of view (Im female) I could still relate to the points & stories. I wouldnt say Im cured but it did help me put things in prospective abit more. All in all I would say its a good read & if your even looking for help with your jealousy problem then your halfway to self helping yourself anyway.
