I found this book to be of very little practical use, partly because, as other reviews have pointed out, the many tables and charts are difficult to read on a Kindle, but also because of the unhelpfully flippant tone of some of the sections. In particular, the chapter on overcoming fears of death contains such suggestions as 'Hold a death-themed party', and treats religious belief in a similarly casual way: if the reader is worried about going to Hell after death, then the authors will probably be there too, and can give him/her some therapy... This is not acceptable in what purports to be a serious self-help volume. There are also numerous misprints and grammatical slips which should have been picked up in editing (I have yet to buy a Kindle book which does not spell 'independent' as 'independant'). Altogether, for me, not a good buy - though at least it was in the sale!
