get the feeling during this book that its part of series and it seems that this book follows on from "the death of bridezilla" as the action jumps straight in and never stops. caroline tucker is back in town after 10 years and is trying to avoid her ex husband travis. things dont go to plan when her neice discovers a mummy out in the new mexico desert. travis is the town sheriff and starts to investigate the possible murder of the mummy which throws him into a situation with caroline as they try to solve the crime. sparks fly between caroline and travis and egged on by their respective grandmothers it seems like it might work out 2nd time around!

I love this authors' sense of humor and descriptions - nice little mystery, not too sappy a romance, and a satisfying end. Keep up the good work! I also loved the "What would Jane Austin Do" novel she wrote despite not being much of a fantasy/time travel fan.
