The best way to understand the value of India as the preferred offshoring destination is to see it in action. The second best way is to read this book. It helps save time from wondering or worrying about perceived issues with sage and swift guidance. Current, clear and constructive insights. Even the most savvy practioner will benefit.

This book is heavily focussed on the business aspects of working with Indian outsourcers. It gives excellent advice, written from practical examples and gives the reader a good roadmap to succeeding in an area where mistakes are common.

Would recommend strongly.

The best intro to India and outsourcing 11 Mar 2007

This book is especially useful for those managers who have little or no experience of India, because it gives some background info on India before talking about outsourcing. It would be useful airport reading on the way to Bangalore!
