T.D. Lind - Outskirts Of Prosper ~ "Simply in awe. It was as if Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Johnny Lee Hooker, Chuck Berry, Mark Knopfler, Ry Cooder and God all got together .... wonderful..." STEPHEN FRYAn Englishman who made it in the States before he did here in Britain. That is unusual and when you listen to him you will know why. America still holds a place for troubadours while we seem enamored with second rate karaoke singers pushed by Simon Cowell and the 'x factor'. Here is a real Brit with real talent and real style. I'm not sure I would go quite as far as Stephen Fry BUT this guy can sing and write a great tune, his vocal range allows him to sing in a variety of styles but no mimicry he definitely has his own brand of vocals. I only hope we recognise his talent over here. (Push the blue writing to hear a sample) The songs are varied from the blues-jazz of Pushover Boy Blues to the Ryan Adams-esque Coming Home to the rockier Black Dress.
