I found this book to be excellent, so much so I am ordering another two copies to give as personal copies to two of our sales team.The strategies are clearly defined and are of a generic nature that can be applied to many businesses. The language is easy to follow with 'real' dialogue as opposed to 'buzz words'and high level concepts. I would recommend this book to any company who wish to improve revenue and truly understand what 'consultative selling' is really about.

I have never read such a concise and useful business book. Robin Fielder explains the buying process and the selling process so very clearly, and then packs the book with practical advice on selling. I have been in sales for more than 10 years and still learnt plenty from this book.
