I've been listening this album for the 3rd day non-stop. It is extraordinary, the best of recent years' releases of this kind of music. I'm not quite sure, whether it is power-rock or classic heavy and there is no weak nor even ordinary song. Every song is simply perfect. A guy has incredibly strong voice and the music has been made with subtle feeling it doesn't sound "flat". In every song you can find so many fresh ideas that would be enough for a whole Iron Maiden album. It is so original and doesn't sound like he is a crazy ibanez player (like the guys of 80's). I loved it since it's 1st track. I am really fascinated with this album, and right now, he is the first on my list.

If your reading this review wondering whether to invest in this cd then i'm jealous. That means that you have yet to have the the pleasure of playing this disc & getting blown away by the sheer quality of the Norwegian vocal powerhouse that is Jorn. Without doubt the best vocalist in contemporary hard rock & metal today, this cd showcases his amazing vocal range. Think Coverdale, Dio, Glennn Hughes & you won't be far off, Jorn borrows heavily from his influences but has a rich, unique delivery of his own. This is my favourite of his solo efforts so far, with classic tracks like the menacing 'Living with Wolves'& real old school rock & metal like the title track (what a song), 'Vision Eyes' & One Day We Will Put Out The Sun'. A mention has to be given to Stian Kristofferson's relentless technical drumming & the classic-rock-with-contemporary-crunch guitar work of Jorn Viggo Lofstad and Tore Moren. All of Jorn's stuff is worth checking out, the songs are strong, playing is superb & vocals are awesome. Try to find the enhanced edition which contains the bonus track 'Big'.

Young forever !

..Jorn Lande is easily the greatest rock vocalist in the firmament and puts in another stellar performance here...his band here is absolutely fantastic..some of the heaviest guitar work ever committed to a disc..production duties courtesy of Fredrik Nordstrom (Dream Evil) also lift the quality way above magnificent..

Every Nation Hears The Call!

Simply one of the most electric, exciting, and powerful albums of the last few years. This is Jorn Lande at the top of his game, and for those unfamiliar, you should take the time to discover one of the greatest rock voices of today. This album is filled with beautiful melodies, very expressive lyrics. Jorn has really poured his heart into these songs, and it shows.
Though all of the songs are amazing, my 3 favorites would be:
Out To Every Nation
Vision Eyes
When Angels Wings Were White
Vagabond, The Snakes, Ark, Millennium, Beyond Twilight, Masterplan, the Allen/Lande albums. Every project Jorn has been involved with has been elevated to another level, and his solo work has been stellar as well.
If you love Dio, Rainbow, Whitesnake, Purple, or any melodic metal then CHECK THIS ALBUM OUT!!!
Though all of the songs are amazing, my 3 favorites would be:

The album simply rocks

As mentioned, he sounds a lot like David Coverdale...he might even do David Coverdale better than David Coverdale. :) Excellent songwriting, excellent execution and excellent production. I don't give 5 stars often and this is my first Jorn CD but it is certainly going to get worn out. I'm already looking for my next one.
