I've had this case for about a week now and I'm very impressed. My first Galaxy S2 died after 3 days when it was in my pocket and the screen broke behind the Gorilla Glass. I think it must have been twisted. So, I needed a case that would not just protect from impact but add extra rigidity to the phone underneath. The Otterbox is perfect for the job. It fits well, doesn't grab your pocket like a silicon skin does and it allows access to all the bits you need to get to.
The power and volume buttons work perfectly under their new silicon protection and the phone really does have a better chance of surviving the contract period. At first I was a bit sad to lose some of the phone's looks but now I'm used to the case I think it looks great and I console myself that if the SGS2 wasn't so slim in the first place then I'd have a really chunky phone now. As it is, the phone is much easier to handle, isn't any bulkier than most phones without a case, and you can put it in your pocket without cringing everytime you get into the car or catch a doorway.

Someone recommended to me to buy Otterbox Case for my Samsung Galaxy S2, and I'm very glad I did, it fits perfectly and gives it good strong protection from accidental drops. It's a little fiddly at first trying to fit the silicon then the hard case over the top of it because of the buttons on the phone, but once it's on it's really great. Also having a Screen Protector that comes with it is great too, fitting it on nicely was pretty easy thanks to the little plastic card to help place the screen protector on. I don't usually like using screen protectors because it leaves air bubbles on the screen, but it fitten on nicely without any air bubbles as it was easy to push them out with the little plastic card, it looks like it doesn't even have a screen protector on it at all which is great.
I will most likely recommend to others to buy this, it's well worth the buy! :)

As an engineer I appreciate good design and good quality. This Otterbox case has both. Fits very well with easy access to controls and offers your phone great protection. No issues with echoing as some have reported. Highly recommended.
