I have used a number of sturdy protective cases. i will not mention names but they ALL worked well initially. This otterbox DEFENDER is impressive. It makes my iPhone feels safe & secure, and looks like will it last the distance. (lets hope so !)
it depends what you looking for ,but i looked at the COMMUTER which was ok but the Defender is THE business. It is worth the price, if the info and functionality of your iPhone is crucial. well done otterbox. I will get back to you if it does NOT last the distance

THe silicone case is robust & well fitting.

It does the job,even if at first the phone feels bulky.Also,the cover tend to gather dust,so it looks dirty,and it's a bit of a struggle to clean it.
A quick review for the otterbox I brought for the iPhone 3GS.
When I first got it I was a bit cautious of it being rubbish, but within 10 minutes I was so glad I had it. The first thing I'd advise tho if you get one is do not clean the membrane inside because it sticks but mines fine now, the silcon rap round is a mint design, it don't slip out of pockets or hands but even if it dose no biggie because of the sheer protection it gives. Definitely a must if you wanna cancel you insureance on your phone .
