A student visiting from a different county brought me a copy of this CD to play in classes and I was instantly hooked. If you're looking for milonga that's as funky as tango by Gotan and Bajafondo plus great NeoTango at the cutting edge this is it. You really can't miss this gem!

Ignore the bad reviews that some people have posted on this album.
I was never into Tango based music until I went to Buenos Aires last year, and this CD got me into this type of music. Okay...maybe it isn't something to listen to repeatedly, but it is an enjoyble music form with strong melodies.
For Tango experts, Otros Aires borrows a lot from the classical stars such as Carlos Gardel and Astor Pizzaro. More so that say the Gotan Project - who are more dub based in their music.

USELESS GARBAGE SOUNDS BETTER THATN THIS

Otros Aires is a bad Gotan Project ripoff..I'd rather listen to Bajofondo or even to Narcotango. If you want the best, stick to Gotan, Bajofondo and Tanghetto! Read more
