Prompt delivery and in excellent condition. The drops help to move the wax out, but I still need to use wipes to get the wax and dirt out properly. My cat hates it as I have to hold his head to one side for a few moments for the drops to work. After the initial usage over 4-5 days, I only need to use it once every couple of weeks now.
