I was introduced to the benifits of cider vinegar about half a year ago now. Started off on some pretty standard store bought pasturised stuff, which was OK, but very acidic and harsh tasting. Then I tried ordering some Ostlers from Amazon - mostly becuase it is unpasturised and very reasonably priced. I'm so glad I did. It's wonderful stuff. It tasts appley, smooth and fresh.
I take some every day mixed with cold water (only to protect my tooth enamel). More recently I've also started putting a capful or two in my porriage whilst soaking it over night in water to help break down the antinutrients. Since doing this my porriage in the morning is even softer and seems even easier to digest.
Ostlers ACV is very good indeed, so good, in fact, that I keep buying it a giving it to my friends and family. So, providing the price stays as reasonable as it is, I'll keep buying and recomending it!
