There are soo many free maps that are better than this one! When you get to Oslo, everyone is so helpful and you get handed loads of maps and given as much advice as you want. Give it a miss!

These little pop-up maps are ultra handy. This one I ordered before going on my trip away. This is definitely the way to do things when travelling.
I always try to buy one of these maps when I go travelling, alongside a guidebook they are virtually indispensable to me. I tend to find the maps in guidebooks have the place you want to get to off the page or in the spine of the book, but these are not only clear to follow but very attractive. I mark things I intend to visit, and my hotel etc and find I don't have to lugg my guidebook around everywhere with me, also they act as a nice memory jogging souvenir when I am home. Visually I find these maps very easy to follow - and I am usually rubbish with maps!
